IFAT Fair 2008

IFAT Fair in Munich is organized every three years and constitutes the biggest enterprise in the water and sewage branch in Europe.

Again AMITECH Germany, the company which belongs to Amiantit corporation, had its stand there. It was the first time, however,  we had had an opportunity to present our latest product at the fair – a GRP AMIREN pipe with oval profile, manufactured in AMITECH Poland in Gdańsk. This was a pipe of diameter DN 1000/1500 – the photo from the stand (see below).

Chemical Industries Conference

Water and Sewage in the Food and Chemical Industries Conference, Warsaw 15 – 16 April 2008.

Subjects of the conference encompassed both theoretical aspects and the analysis of specific technological solutions and implementations in industrial plants. Our company was there as well: Mr Rafał Faryś (Dolnośląskie and Lubuskie Province Regional Manager) made a presentation entitled:”GRP FLOWTITE pipes  use in the industry.”

150 specialists in water and sewage management of the chemical industry (nitrogen plants, refineries, chemical plants) as well as from the manufacturing plants of the food industry (breweries, fruit and vegetables processing plants, juice bottling plant, meat plants, water and drinks producers, dairies and other food factories) participated in the conference. The meeting created superb conditions to exchange experience and information between partners from the branch. The participants had an opportunity to acquaint themselves with the market novelties on the exhibition stands of companies.

EXPERT AWARD 2008

EXPERT 2008 award for AMITECH Poland

 During 3^rd International Conference NO-DIG POLAND 2008 entitled:” Trenchless technologies in the Underground Infrastructure System”, which took place in Kielce on 9 – 11 April, our company was granted Expert 2008  award in the category :”Trenchless Restoration in Poland 2006 – 2007”. This honor was awarded by an outstanding jury composed of many scientific authorities recognized all over the world. The experts in trenchless technologies appreciated the Łódź  renovation of DN 1000 and DN 800 cast-iron water system collectors with GRP FLOWTITE DN 800 and DN 600 pressure pipes. Total length of the restored pipelines amounts to 26 km. Recognition of experts confirms a high quality of our product, which functions perfectly in reclining technology.
